Our returns and refunds policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Additional Non-Returnable Items:
Original works (paintings or sculptures) or limited editions that have been customized in advance and at the customer’s request.
Refunds
Once we receive and review your return, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Return Shipping
To return your product, you must send it to: Rue de Boujean 31, 2502 Bienne, Switzerland.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, and you are responsible for any damages.
If you are returning expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping
The cost of shipping is paid by the buyer, and the recipient is responsible for covering any import duties incurred. Before making a purchase, you should check for such import costs. Many countries do not tax artworks.
